See What Patients Are Saying

Telehealth seeks to improve a patient’s health by permitting two-way, real time interactive communication between the patient, and the practitioner at the distant location. This electronic communication uses different forms of interactive telecommunications equipment that includes, at a minimum, audio and/or video equipment.

This gives patients the freedom to receive consultation, testing and treatment without needing to be physically present with their clinician in the clinic.

What do I need to use Telehealth at NCBI?

A confirmed appointment with a clinician for the date and time for the Telehealth visit.
A communication device like a smartphone, tablet, or personal computer for online video calls.
* Computer is the preferred device and is required for online neuropsychological testing.
