The NeuroCognitive & Behavioral Institute (NCBI) provides telehealth and in-person neuropsychological and behavioral health services, including but not limited to, diagnostic assessments, treatment, and therapy (the “Services”). Our Site provides information about our Services and facilitates patient registration and communication.

By using our telehealth Services, you consent to receiving healthcare services remotely. You understand that telehealth may have inherent limitations compared to in-person visits and that technology failures may interrupt a session. You agree to provide accurate and current information about your location, medical history, and current condition.

To access certain Services, you may be required to register for a patient account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
