In some of the states where NCBI’s clinicians are licensed to provide diagnostic and treatment services, we may not participate in your healthcare plan. However, we do offer reduced rates to all out-of-network patients throughout the United States. In Rhode Island, New York, Florida and North Carolina we provide services as both in-network and out-of-network healthcare provider. In New Jersey, we are an in-network facility with most health insurance plans.

As a courtesy to our out-of-network patients, we can submit your claims to your health insurance to reimburse you at their out-of-network rate, for the procedures you received.

For program services such as the partial psychiatric hospitalization program, intensive outpatient psychiatric program, the coordinated specialty care program for patients with certain types of mental illness and some ABA Autism programs, we are contracted with most health insurance plans at their program reimbursement rate.

We also offer every patient the option to finance their services using Care Credit.
