PATIENT SAFETY: Many of our consultation and treatment visits are being conducted via telehealth consultation. We are using various communication platforms. Call 973.601.0100 to set up this option if you prefer or if you are not feeling well enough to come into the clinic. We are also working on implementing home-based neuromodulation-enhanced treatment procedures.

For those patients coming into the clinic for their appointment, please wear a mask and gloves if you have these available. If you do not have disposable gloves, please wash hands with soap and water upon arrival at NCI. If we have masks and gloves available, we will provide these for our patients, but presently supply is low even for healthcare practices, so best to bring your own protective gear.
STAFF SAFETY: Clinicians interacting with patients directly will be wearing proper protective equipment such as masks and gloves. NCI staff are screened daily, using CDC-based screening questions appropriate for healthcare workers to ensure a healthy, symptom-free workforce. As part of our internal protocol, each clinician will regularly sanitize hands before and after contact with a patient. Equipment and surfaces are being disinfected after each patient appointment.
CLEANING & DISINFECTING CLINICS: NCI strictly follows the recommended infection control protocols to sanitize and disinfect equipment at our outpatient clinics to standards that meet or exceed current CDC guidelines to prevent and eliminate the potential viral contamination for novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19).
